Water treatment processes requiring energy and systems efficiency is everyday more important. Electrical Power Quality is not enough to guarantee that the process is working efficiently if we don’t relate it to process parameters like Oxygen percentage and water temperature.

Till today the only way to achieve such a result was to use several different measuring devices and, then, combine results ex-post. Even if this works, it is very time consuming and it does not guarantee the synchronicity of data taken in different places with different devices, different formats etc.

NanoVIP® QUADRA™ overcomes all these constraints thanks to MRH™ technology that allows users to combine synchronously several measuring points of electrical and non electrical parameters, still performing Power Quality wherever required.

Even a simple plant like the one in the picture, managed by a customer of ours in northern part of Italy, could be very challenging with traditional measuring systems:

• One main power supply source
• Two treatment lines
• Two compressors to be measured
• Two water pools to be measured in oxygen percentage and temperature

With NanoVIP® QUADRA™ system measure was performed once, in realtime, wireless and all data (local and global) were saved in just one report including all synchronized data.

Moreover, during the measurement campaign, all data (local and global) can be monitored in realtime and remotely.

All data can be then analysed, compared or exported with the NanoStudio analysis software.
