Before registration, your device must be activated to AI: contact sales@elcontriol-energy.net to get your device activated.
To register your NanoVIP device to benefit of Elcontrol AI Agent service you need:
- An Elcontrol device ready for AI Agent: WiFi and/or Gsm connectivity mandatory. Please, refer to your device instruction manual to verify if your device can benefit of AI Agent.
- A valid email address
- Serial number of your device
- Magic ID linked to your device serial number: this ID is sent by elcontrol at activation process completion.
